Key Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist credential. Experience in educational settings, preferably working with elementary-aged students. Strong assessment and individualized therapy planning skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals. Provide direct therapy to students, adjusting approaches to meet diverse learning requirements. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations. Participate in meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and updates. Location: Elementary School setting in Waukegan, IL.
