We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help to maintain an efficient and productive office environment.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives or teams
  • Draft and proofread emails, and other correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in planning company events or meetings
  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:


Salary Range: $36,000 - $48,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
