This position will provide support to attorneys across all practice groups, including Litigation, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Corporate, and Transactional. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Litigation and Trusts & Estates, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys client interactions and takes initiative to anticipate the needs of our team and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with court filings and managing the firms litigation docket.
- Help maintain and organize case files and client records.
- Act as one of the firm's Notaries.
- Help manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Transcribe various types of dictations.
- Help process monthly client statements.
- Provide general administrative support to all members of the firm as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing legal administrative support in a law firm setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, and client-service oriented demeanor.
