Role: Product Coordinator
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 – $40/ hour

We’re seeking a detail-oriented
Production Coordinator
to support a variety of brand print projects. This role helps manage timelines, vendor coordination, and file preparation to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of materials.
Responsibilities
Track project schedules and route proofs for review
Gather vendor estimates and compare invoices to quotes
Review art files for print readiness and coordinate retouching/translation
Maintain project details in workflow systems
Support purchase orders, bids, and other admin tasks
Qualifications
1–3 years in print production or creative services (internship/agency a plus)
Basic understanding of print processes and file setup
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork
