Burbank, CA Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate students fine motor, sensory, and functional skills. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes. Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, promoting social and practical skills. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and participate in IEP meetings. Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid California OT license or eligibility to obtain one. Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
