A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide comprehensive services in a K-12 school setting. This full school year contract position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development. Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance student communication skills. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment. Commitment to student-centered, culturally responsive care.
