Position Overview
We are seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP/SLPA)
for a
full-time, full school year
position in
Elk Grove, CA . This is an
onsite-only role , and we are open to
SLP/SLPA team models , where the SLP manages assessments, supervision, and case management, while the SLPA provides direct therapy services. This collaborative model allows for more efficient student support. Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language services to students based on IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings (SLP only)
Deliver direct therapy services under supervision (SLPA)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Active
California SLP License
or
California SLPA License
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team-model setting
Compensation for the SLP ranges from $55 to $65 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
