As a Home Health Nurse in Northern Atlanta, youll be responsible for providing hands-on, in-home care to patients, helping them manage their health conditions in the comfort of their own homes. This position is ideal for nurses who value a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work closely with patients in a home setting. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home, hands-on nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment. Educate patients and families on health condition management and care plans. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards. Requirements:
Licensure:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current nursing license in good standing in Georgia. Education:
ASN/BSN degrees preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred. Skills:
