A full-time Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist is needed to provide services in a K-12 school district-wide setting starting August 20, 2025, through June 2, 2026. This is a contract position based in Lake Villa, IL, offering a comprehensive role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students across the K-12 spectrum. Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Engage with students in both Spanish and English to support bilingual therapy services. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certified Speech Language Pathologist holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY). Certification or licensure appropriate for school settings (SLP-School). Fluent in both Spanish and English, with demonstrated bilingual clinical skills. Experience working with children in educational environments preferred. Ability to provide culturally responsive therapy to diverse student populations. Benefits and Other Details: Guaranteed work hours with pay for both direct and indirect services. No additional district duties required outside contracted hours (e.g., bus duty, parent pickup).
