Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and adapt plans as necessary. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for school-based practice. Experience working with children and adolescents ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Familiarity with school-based therapy regulations, documentation, and IEP processes. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage caseload efficiently and adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs.
