Utilize bilingual teaching strategies to accommodate and enhance learning for students with varying language needs. Develop lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse classroom. Assess and monitor student progress to provide feedback and tailor instruction. Collaborate with support staff and parents to promote student growth and engagement. Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation. Preferred Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in general education and bilingual education. Experience working with elementary school students. Ability to communicate effectively in English and a second language pertinent to the community served.
