Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special education services. Collaborating with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive classroom environments. Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and school administration. Qualifications: Possess an active Wisconsin Special Education teaching license. Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting is preferred. Strong knowledge in teaching Reading and Math to students with varying learning needs.
