Pay Range : $45 - $55 per hour (for SLP); $30 - $40 per hour (for SLPA) Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a part-time position in Colonial Heights, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with elementary students in a supportive school environment, with the potential for the position to become full-time within 2-3 months. Position Details :
Start/End Dates : ASAP End of the school year Schedule : 2.5-3 days per week (flexible on days) Caseload : Elementary students Potential for full-time : The role could progress to full-time in 2-3 months Responsibilities :
Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student progress Document therapy sessions and maintain progress records Qualifications :
For SLPs: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Virginia SLP license For SLPAs: Associates Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Virginia SLPA license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLP candidates School-based experience preferred but not required Why Choose Soliant?
