A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to provide specialized consultation services for high school-aged students. This contract role offers the opportunity to work approximately 10-15 hours per month, supporting 5-6 students in a high school setting.

Responsibilities include: Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans Consulting with educators and support staff to implement effective strategies Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute expertise and support student goals Monitoring progress and modifying plans as needed to ensure positive behavioral outcomes Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working with adolescents in educational settings preferred Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and school personnel Skilled in participating in and contributing to IEP meetings Location: Cambridge, MA This contract position offers a flexible, part-time schedule with meaningful impact on students' educational experiences.
