Provide individualized assistance to students, addressing their academic and behavioral needs. Assist with the preparation and organization of instructional materials. Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and provide feedback as needed. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students. Qualifications: Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in working with children. Ability to follow direction and collaborate with educators and staff. Understanding of K-12 classroom dynamics and student needs.
