Setting: Elementary Schools Duration: Full school year (contract) Workload: Full-time (0.8 FTE) Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports consistent with school district requirements Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing student evaluations Supervise and provide mentorship to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), including providing CF numbers as needed Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion, or valid School SLP credential Experience working with elementary school-aged children Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple school sites Benefits Include: Opportunity to work closely with motivated students and dedicated educational professionals Full school year contract providing stability and focus on student success Supportive environment encouraging professional growth and collaboration This position offers a valuable chance to contribute to the language development and academic achievement of young learners.
