Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and motivated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to support students in a school district in the Bristol, CT area for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K12 caseload. Position Details: Dates: ASAP June 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
Caseload: K12 students
Onsite only
Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies
Provide direct and indirect support to students across grade levels
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Offer training and consultation for school staff
Requirements: Active BCBA license
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
