A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year at an elementary school located in Long Beach, California. Key Qualifications and Skills: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in healthcare-related speech therapy and pediatrics Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) Prior experience within a school setting preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred Primary Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments, screenings, and evaluations for elementary students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication and language development Deliver therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy platforms as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations Additional Details: Contract position for the 2025/2026 academic year Full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) Caseload specifics and additional duties to be provided upon further discussion This role is an excellent opportunity for an SLP passionate about pediatric speech therapy and education, ideally bilingual in English and Spanish.
