Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring aligned with individual education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Document therapy services accurately and timely Participate in planning and implementing therapeutic activities to enhance student participation in school Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing school-based physical therapy Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) state license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs Benefits: Contract position as a W-2 employee with personalized clinical advisory support Guaranteed hours for both direct therapy services and related indirect activities Travel stipends available for qualifying candidates Consistent weekly pay via direct deposit This role presents an excellent chance to contribute to student well-being during the ESY program while receiving ongoing professional support.
