Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide consultation and guidance on behavioral interventions and mental health strategies.
Support crisis intervention and promote a positive school climate.
Document findings and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
Experience working with K-12 students in school settings.
Strong knowledge of assessment tools and psychological evaluation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical practice.
