A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide specialized services within a middle school setting. This part-time role requires working two days per week during the current school year, offering the opportunity to support a diverse caseload of students in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience: Certified SLP with CCC credential preferred; candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, including school and healthcare settings Teletherapy experience is a plus to support flexible service delivery SLPA credential holders with healthcare experience are also encouraged to apply Ability to effectively collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams Location: Middle school in Pawtucket, Rhode Island Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students with communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with relevant guidelines Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate closely with school staff and families Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to enhance service accessibility Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive dental, vision, and medical insurance coverage 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions Opportunity to engage in a supportive educational environment with flexible part-time hours Interested candidates with the required credentials and experience are encouraged to apply promptly for this rewarding contract position to make a meaningful impact on student communication and development.
