A public K-12 school in Sweeny, TX is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs Collaborating with classroom teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary efforts to enhance student outcomes Qualifications: Valid Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with K-12 populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff Ability to work onsite full time during the school year Candidates who are licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) may be considered This role is contracted through the end of the school year, with immediate start dates available. Specific caseload details and compensation will be discussed during the interview process. The position offers a stable full-time schedule with the chance to replace teletherapy services with onsite support.
