A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Waterbury, CT. This contract position offers two days per week of service during the current school year, providing valuable support to students requiring speech and language intervention. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language services to students across grades K-12. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain detailed records in compliance with school policies. Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to extend services. Provide services consistent with current best practices and professional standards. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school or healthcare settings. Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is highly desirable. Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision or ability to manage CFY cases. Strong communication and organizational skills pertinent to educational environments. Location: Waterbury, Connecticut, serving a K-12 student population. This position offers an opportunity to contribute part-time in a dynamic school setting, supporting student communication development through evidence-based practices.
