Inpatient Pharmacy Manager | Naples, FL (Interim)

Were seeking an interim Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to join a hospital in Naples, FL. This full-time, weekday position (no weekends) is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension until a permanent hire is made Details: Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Weekend Coverage: Not required On-Call: Not required Type: Interim Contract (3+ months) Responsibilities: Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Manage scheduling, staffing, and coaching frontline pharmacists and technicians

Hold staff accountable and maintain efficient workflows

Participate in hospital meetings and contribute to pharmacy leadership discussions

Support drug diversion investigations as needed

Collaborate with a team of approx. 22 pharmacists and 32 technicians

Requirements: Florida Pharmacist License in good standing

Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience + at least 2 years in pharmacymanagement

Strong delegation and leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Familiarity with Epic (required); Omnicell experience preferred but not required
