Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional standards and regulations. Provide recommendations and training to staff and families to support speech and language development. Preferred Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and communication disorders. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, families, and professionals. Ability to tailor interventions to meet diverse learning and cultural needs.
