a leading infrastructure consultancy / owner’s representative
seeking a highly skilled
BIM Manager
to lead and oversee BIM strategy across major infrastructure programs in New York City. This role focuses on standards, compliance, and coordination, ensuring contractors and design teams deliver high-quality, integrated models for civil, structural, and underground utility projects. Responsibilities
Lead BIM strategy and implementation on behalf of the client/owner for major infrastructure projects. Oversee and coordinate large federated models (utilities, topography, retaining walls, and related infrastructure elements). Ensure contractor deliverables meet owner standards, agency requirements, and best practices. Support 4D (time) and 5D (cost) workflows for planning, reporting, and owner decision-making. Collaborate with designers, contractors, and client representatives to drive BIM adoption. Provide guidance and training on BIM tools, workflows, and standards to project stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field Proven experience as a BIM Manager, ideally with a focus on infrastructure projects (civil, structural, underground utilities). Strong technical knowledge of BIM platforms and tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Synchro, or similar). Demonstrated ability to set up and manage large, complex models. Hands-on experience with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration. Seniority level
