Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Lead to oversee quality assurance efforts across our Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing frameworks and tools, and will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our loyalty management solutions.

Oversee QA efforts across the Salesforce platform with a strong emphasis on automation testing. Play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of loyalty management solutions. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platforms. Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO, or similar. Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Provar, Apex testing, Salesforce DX). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with QA automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management or similar customer engagement platforms.
