A part-time Adaptive Physical Education Teacher is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide specialized physical education instruction for students in Pre-K through 8th grade. This in-person contract position supports a small caseload of 6 students across 5 campuses, requiring approximately 2 hours of service per month. The role is well-suited for professionals passionate about adapting physical education programs to meet diverse student needs in a K-12 school environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored adaptive physical education lessons to Pre-K through 8th-grade students with disabilities. Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized physical activity plans. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate caseload records. Travel between 5 campuses to provide consistent, quality instruction. Attend necessary meetings and trainings as scheduled. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Certification or licensure in Adapted Physical Education. Experience working with children in Pre-K through 8th grade. Strong knowledge of physical education adaptations and modifications for students with disabilities. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple campuses. Location: Fremont, California (in person only). Start Date: August 4, 2025.
