Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Previous experience working in an educational setting, particularly with elementary students. Strong assessment and intervention skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support. Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom. Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation.
