Assignment Details: Position Type: Leave Contract Location: Peoria, AZ Student Population: K-12 Start Date: October 20, 2025 End Date: December 19, 2025 Guaranteed Hours with Direct and Indirect Services Pay No additional responsibilities outside contracted hours (e.g., no bus duty or parent pickup) Travel therapists may qualify for additional stipends Key Responsibilities: Deliver effective occupational therapy services tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) Provide both direct therapy and indirect consultative services Documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school and legal standards Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials appropriate for school-based practice Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage caseload and documentation independently Benefits: Eligibility for comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including health, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan available This contract offers a focused role with guaranteed hours and no extra duties beyond therapy services, providing a balanced workload for dedicated practitioners.
