We have partnered with a client who is looking for a dedicated Outbound Call Agent to embark on a 90-day mission to reconnect with customers!

Position: Outbound Call Agent / Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18/hr

Duration: 90-day project (with the potential to transition into other departments based on stellar performance!)

Start Date: March 24th

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Job Description:

Will be playing a vital role in updating customer payment information and driving subscription enrollments for previous and returning customers. With up to 100 calls per day, you’ll be playing a pivotal role by leaving voicemails and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Duties:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to update payment information or enroll them in a subscription service, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data
• Conduct up to 100 calls per day, effectively managing call volumes and adhering to established productivity targets
• Leave voicemails when necessary, delivering clear and concise messages to encourage callback or action from customers
• Navigate computer screens and databases to access customer information, update records, and track outcomes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles preferred
• Ability to multitask while calling customers and navigating computer systems
• 40+ WPM
• Task-Oriented
• Self-Starter
• Excellent Communication
• Phone Etiquette
• Persistent
