Must-Have Skills:

• HS Diploma or GED minimum (Associates Degree preferred)
• 1+ year hardware experience (beyond imaging/deployment)
• 1+ year customer service or in-person support experience
• Active Directory administration
• Troubleshooting VPN (Cisco), Citrix, and endpoint protection
• Remote support tools (Dameware, Altiris, ServiceNow)
• Asset management and documentation skills
• Ability to lift equipment up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
