Pay Range:
$90 - $110 an hour Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits: Room for Growth into Supervisor Positions, Program Directors, and More.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule: Full-Time or Part Time:
40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts:
Flexible, based on your availability
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
