About the Role
Seeking a
hands-on .NET Technical Lead Engineer
to guide design and development for a key airline industry project. This role is a
50/50 player-coach position
: you'll lead design/architecture decisions while staying active in coding and mentoring the team.
Responsibilities
Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of .NET applications.
Develop, debug, and review high-quality C# / .NET code.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Mentor developers, manage sprint planning, and resolve technical blockers.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps & Git.
Work with SQL Server (stored procedures, joins, unions, scripts).
Support production incidents and ensure PCI/security compliance.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on development with
C# & .NET Framework/Core
.
Strong SQL Server knowledge (queries, stored procedures, functions).
Expertise with
XML, JSON, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Experience managing/mentoring a remote team in Agile environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Azure Cloud
or AWS.
Airline industry project experience (nice to have).
Knowledge of
MuleSoft
(bonus).
