Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of various restoration processes, including fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Manage and train staff in cleaning techniques, use of hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols. Coordinate restoration efforts, ensuring timely completion of projects. Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while communicating progress to stakeholders. Ensure projects meet company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for restoration tasks such as carpet cleaning and mold remediation. Maintain accurate job documentation and compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams. Proactively network and build relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and other referral sources. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and effective communication.
Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement. Prefer 3+ years experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction project management. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in project management. Ability to work in physically demanding environments while adhering to safety protocols. Proficient in restoration software (Encircle, Xactimate, etc.). Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Schedule 6 days a week.
Salary $65,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
