ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Platform for Investment Management

Location:

Midtown Atlanta

Hybrid: 3 days in office.

Compensation: 150k - 165k base + 20k-30k Bonus

Overview

Design & develop proprietary, scalable solutions for the ESG platform.

Help portfolio managers assess ESG risk factors and make informed investment decisions.

Work on sophisticated systems with a complex codebase.

Full stack role with strong emphasis on:

Frontend performance

Backend scalability

Data visualization

Build platforms that integrate ESG data from 25+ vendors (and growing).

Develop customizations and add-ons for new and existing clients.

Troubleshoot and debug performance issues across base code, APIs, and data layers.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience

Cloud-native development expertise

Extensive React skills

Proficiency in Java Spring and Python

Strong AWS experience (Lambda, S3, EKS)

Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging performance issues

Experience in fintech, investment management, asset management, or similar domains

BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
