Responsibilities Provide daily first-level support for Accounting Services technology needs, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, MyReports, MyFinance, Data Workbench, and Precisely Automate. Create and produce key reports and analytics for Accounting Services management. Support the creation, scheduling, and support of SAP jobs and processes. Assist Accounting Services teams as required, including data pulls, supporting the closing cycle, and completing audit requests. Assist in the testing, documentation, and support of accounting systems programs in both the ECC and S4 environments. Identify support trends and related opportunities for enhancement of Accounting Services processes and support. Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies. Customers

Qualifications

Education/Experience Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems 1+ years of business experience Accounting/Finance environment preferred Compass closing cycle knowledge a plus

Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of SAP preferred Knowledge of Syniti Data Workbench preferred Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion a plus

Soft Skills Strong customer service skills Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels (oral and written) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
