Job Description:
Graphic and Digital Media Designers use their unique skill set to create content that is engaging and useful consumable information. Project stakeholders and partners appreciate a designer's ability to make things look good, but highly value their "problem-solving at work" as they create images, illustrations, graphs, graphics, static documents, and animations. In print and pixels, these visual artifacts simplify messages, make learning easier, and get people to pay attention.
The Graphic Designer has a diverse toolkit. They are experts with design software (for example, Adobe Creative Cloud), can spot style guide violations from a mile away, and fluently apply gestalt principles like it's their first language. They understand the importance of a high quality "look and feel" and offer consulting and informed design recommendations to peers and colleagues. Both projects and relationships are managed with a customer focus and the right attention to detail.
Essential Functions
Creates and designs communications on various platforms that comply with Intermountain' s guidelines in a timely fashion.
Ensures Intermountain Health's Brand integrity is met on all designed projects.
Ensures design projects meet compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three years of related work experience. Degree will be verified.
Healthcare experience
Five years related work experience
Experience with the latest visual communication techniques (for example, AR/ VR, 3D animation)
Physical Requirements
Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.
Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
See and read computer monitors and documents.
Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
