In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in shaping the strategic direction and long-term objectives of our volunteer management system. Ideal Candidate At least 5 years of experience in volunteer management, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate to expert experience in Excel required Previous experience using CRM required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Emotionally intelligent professional with the ability to cultivate relationships Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams toward achieving common goals Demonstrated expertise in project management Benefits Salary Range: The salary for this role will be based on the candidates skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
