Overview

At Endries, our Warehouse Associate primary goal is to get our shipments accurately counted and out the door to our customers on time. Our team is growing and we are looking for individuals that would love to help with process improvement in this area so that we can service our customers in the most efficient ways possible. We offer a clean work environment where we pick, package and ship orders, requiring basic math skills, data entry and lifting packages up to 50 lbs. When needed, we can train you to drive a forklift. You will also be trained as a back up delivery driver.

Responsibilities

• Assist with picking, packing and shipping orders.
• Count shipments accurately and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Learn forklift operation and become trained as a back up delivery driver.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; strong attendance record; basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided).
• Data entry skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage range: $16.50 per hour.
• Skill block program with opportunity to earn up to $1.25 more per hour as you learn more skills.
