About the Team and Role

Level up your career with eBay in Louisville, KY! We’re hiring Warehouse Associates for our new Authentication and Fulfillment Center. Here, you’ll help protect prized collectibles, move product fast, and ship orders with care.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and inspect incoming inventory to verify contents and condition, ensuring they meet eBay’s standards. Ensure all packages are ready for shipment by end of shift.
• Support the authentication process by handling items with care, conducting initial inspections, and preparing them for expert review.
• Accurately record, stow, pick, and manage inventory within eBay’s systems to maintain precise stock levels.
• Safely pack items and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols while performing all tasks to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work within a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds; standing, walking, and stooping will be required.
• Great Teammate: Collaborative attitude and willingness to be part of a team committed to quality assurance and customer happiness.
• Willing to flex to multiple areas of work.
• Must be 18 years of age and have reliable transportation to commute to site
• Be willing to work mandatory overtime and some holidays when volume supports it

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $17.50 / hr + Bonus

Comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental coverage, holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, paid sabbatical, stock purchase plan, and additional perks.

Day (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Night (5:00 pm - 1:30 am) shifts available.

The base pay range for this position is expected to be $28,800 - $45,400. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus, restricted stock units (as applicable), and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or department performance, and market factors.
