XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Euless

Overview

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate: $17 – $19

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Unload deliveries, verify packaging slips and certification documents, compare physical counts to supplier packing slips, note any discrepancies, and visually inspect deliveries for damage
• Stockroom: Prepare all incoming materials for storage, ensure proper packaging and labeling with part numbers and lot numbers, move stock to designated locations, and maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment from pick tickets with specific inventory parts and lot numbers, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain appropriate levels of shipping materials
• Outside Processing: Manage, prepare, and box inventory shipments for outside suppliers, ensuring quantity and documentation accuracy; pull stock from stockroom or WIP as needed
• Light Assembly: Perform assembly activities as needed (typically nuts and bolts) and support other assembly activities; in-house training provided
• Part Marking: Assist with part marking of selected parts using equipment or supplies as needed; in-house training provided

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stockroom, shipping, and receiving (2+ years)
• Strong team player with coordination skills and ability to follow manager’s priorities
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must read, write, and speak English
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to use a manual / electric pallet jack
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to work in a hot and dusty environment
• Spanish-speaking okay
