As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’re joining a team where growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort are at the core. Compensation
Starting Rate: $17.50
Range is: $17.50 - $18.57
What you will do
Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the perfect choice. Exceptional customer service is our top priority.
Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
Store Operations: Keep the store organized and visually appealing by managing displays, restocking shelves, and handling merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing product details to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
Team Collaboration: Work with other employees to maintain an inviting store environment reflecting the Skechers brand and standards.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
