Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within our Fire Alarm Division. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of fire alarm installation and service projects—from planning and coordination to execution and completion. This individual will lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all industry codes and company standards.

Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in fire alarm systems, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Direct experience preparing estimations and proposals for fire alarm installation and service projects, including material take-offs, labor forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72, local fire codes, and relevant installation standards
- Proven experience managing and leading field technicians in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
