Ready to teach, innovate, and lead your own school?

Flourish micro-schools are small, joyful, AI-enhanced learning environments where students build real-world skills alongside academic growth. As a Teacher Founder, you’ll first teach in one of our flagship schools, then launch and lead your own Flourish school with full operational and mentorship support.

Year 1 – Learn & Lead

• Teach in a flagship Flourish micro-school using a project-based, AI-supported, student-centered learning model
• Collaborate with passionate educators to understand, refine, and expand Flourish’s approach
• Model and cultivate Flourish’s culture and student superpowers
• Build deep partnerships with students, families, and the school community

Year 2+ – Launch & Grow

• Open your own Flourish micro-school with mentorship, startup resources, and marketing support
• Recruit families and design a joyful, high-impact learning environment
• Gain equity ownership and join a network of pioneering Teacher Founders

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed K–8 educator with 2+ years’ experience (Master’s preferred)
• High sense of personal responsibility, reliability, and consistency
• Passion for student-centered, project-based learning
• Strong communication skills and family partnership mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to innovate
• Adaptability and curiosity, especially around emerging educational tools and AI

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience leading teams or projects
• Spanish-language skills
• High-energy, joy-infused teaching style

Compensation & Benefits

Year 1 – Lead Teacher Role:
$50,000–75,000

$80,000–100,000+
