Location: On-site - Lake Forest, CA
Estimated compensation for this position: 41,600.00 - 45,760.00 USD per year
Compensation notes: This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Responsibilities
- Greet and provide support for guests and employees
- Assist with setup of audio-visual equipment in conference rooms
- Maintain phone lists
- Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
- Maintain the reception area in good order
- Responsible for all other duties and tasks as assigned
- Coordinate new hire materials (headshots, mailboxes, etc.)
- Create and maintain access badges for all employees
- Work with Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Coordinator to assist with the coordination of repairs and maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain office supplies and keep copy areas fully stocked
- Maintain supply room and keep organized
- Keep monthly office calendar updated
- Breakroom duties (load/unload dishwasher, coffee machine maintenance, maintain cleanliness, etc.) if applicable
- Order, maintain and organize all kitchen and office supplies
- Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness/reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/or setup
- Resolve problems associated with all office services including badging, visitor management, and vendor site visits
- Input work orders as needed pertaining to office space
- Conduct regular office rounds to identify any items that need to be addressed
- All other duties and tasks assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment located in the conference rooms
Education & Experience
- High school diploma; some college preferred
- Years of relevant experience
- One to two years minimum
- Experience in reception, concierge, or related field
