Location: McKinney, TX
Responsibilities
- Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and support their personal goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
- Provide compassionate, patient care and help participants live well.
- Assist with daily living activities and participate in community-based activities as directed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

- Hours: Monday - Friday 9a-3p

- Rate of Pay: $10.50 per hour
