As a Full-time Registered Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and has at least one years of experience. If youre friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortableDiscuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they havePrep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and proceduresAssist the dentist during procedures and examsAdhere to all health and safety regulations and office policiesSchedule appointmentsComplete the following procedures proficiently: Sealants, Curodont, SDF, Coronal polishing, flossingQualificationsAssociates Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (preferred)Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure in New JerseyPrevious experience as a dental assistantCurrent Basic Life Support/CPR certification is requiredStrong computer and data entry skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to provide high-quality patient care
