Overview

As a Customer Service Representative supporting the Annual Enrollment season of ADP, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and customers navigating the open enrollment process for medical benefits. If you're empathetic, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming calls from employees, clients, and customers seeking assistance with medical benefits enrollment.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide accurate information on group insurance programs and utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in program design and administrative procedures.
  • Record and maintain employee benefit enrollment data.
  • Explain complex aspects of insurance programs to employees and their dependents with clarity and compassion.

What You Bring

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year (in-person experience welcome). Patience and empathy are essential
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to manage multiple browser tabs, and navigate platforms like Webex
  • Job Tenure: Stable work history is highly valued
  • Benefits Knowledge: Preferred but not required – training provided
  • Call Center Experience: A plus, but not mandatory

Schedule & Training

  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Start Date: October 6, 2025
  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
  • Training: 4 weeks onsite in Louisville, followed by a hybrid work setup
  • Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work one Saturday per month in October, November, and January (paid overtime)

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
