Qualifications:

• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor and appearance is essential.
• Willingness to perform all essential functions safely.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean customer vehicles based on selected wash packages.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them throughout their visit.
• Drive vehicles safely and assist in managing customer traffic.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including picking up trash and maintaining landscaping.
• Wash and dry towels; keep cleaning supplies stocked as needed.
• Follow all Waterway policies and safety protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Environmental: Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperature changes and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and work at a fast pace.
• Vision and Hearing: Must have good visual acuity and be able to hear clearly in a noisy environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Attendance: Reliable, predictable attendance is a must, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
